Purpose

Our vision is to start local churches throughout East London, where people from different backgrounds can come together to worship God. In 2010 we founded two new churches in Stratford and Bow, and we are regularly meeting and praying in Whitechapel with the intention of starting another.

Who Are We?

We are a group of followers of Jesus Christ living in Shoreditch, East London. Our desire is to see people, communities and nations transformed through the powerful good news that Jesus brings.

We are part of the New Frontiers family of churches and we believe in the bible as God’s word, expressing ourselves in charismatic worship through gifts of the Spirit.

We seek to meet both the spiritual and practical needs of individuals and communities. We run regular events for children and families in Hoxton, providing an opportunity for people to have fun and hear the good news of Jesus Christ. We also work with CAP (Christians Against Poverty), a charity which enables us to offer advice and practical help to those in debt. We run CAP Money courses regularly, so please get in touch if you are interested in learning more about good money management (learn more here).

Community

Church is community as God intends it. Following Jesus Christ as a group of believers means that we express the love of God to each other continually, so we meet throughout the week to hear from God, and to support and pray with each other.

We work closely with other churches in the area and hope to further develop relationships in our local community through affiliation with the local social action philanthropy network, The Shoreditch Group.
